This Volcanic High Efficiency Horizontal Coil design provides a 2-pass design that Volcanic began to manufacture in the 1970’s in response to increased fuel prices. The thermal fluid coil is designed for ruggedness and long life as with the original two-pass coil design and increases a standard two-pass heater’s surface area by 50%.

This heater is available from 3,500,000 BTU/hr to 10,000,000 BTU/hr output and maximum operating temperatures up to 650°F (340°C). This heater is designed, built and tested in accordance with ASME Code Section I or ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1. We offer Low NOx natural gas burners for 30 ppm NOx emissions compliance as a standard option.
